  • First Unitarian Church 2508 Jackson Street Sioux City, IA, 51104 United States (map)

Loess Hills Audubon Society Board Member and Iowa Conservation Manager of Audubon Upper Mississippi River, Tucker Lutter, will be presenting a program at the October Northwest Iowa Group of Sierra Club Meeting.

He will present as part of Sierra Club’s “4th Tuesdays” all-community program speaker.

You may also know him from sight or from his interesting and informative Facebook postings. Tucker is pretty well known by nature-lovers around Siouxland and beyond, and now you are invited to find out more about him and his devotion to nature!

Tucker will help us envision which animals called this region home over two hundred years ago, imagine which lost species could someday return, and contemplate what this means for conservation efforts moving forward.

Doors open at 4:30 pm, Potluck at 5:00 pm, at the First Unitarian Church, 2508 Jackson St, Sioux City, Iowa. Everyone is invited to enjoy potluck and conversation before the program. Bring a dish to share, if you’d like. Program begins at 6:00 pm.

This program is sponsored by the Northwest Iowa Group of Sierra Club as part of their 4th Tuesday series of program. This is not a Loess Hills Audubon Society program.
